Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Festra mobile application ("App") operated by Festra ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Festra is an event discovery platform that helps you find concerts, shows, and local events based on your interests and location. The App provides:

• Personalized event recommendations based on your interests and music preferences
• Event saving and calendar integration
• Push notifications about events you may like
• Personal profile management

Event data is sourced from third-party providers including Ticketmaster. We do not sell tickets or guarantee event availability.

User Accounts

To use Festra, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information in your profile
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

User Content

By uploading photos or other content to your profile, you grant Festra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

You retain full ownership of any content you upload. We will never use your personal photos for advertising or share them with third parties without your consent.

Intellectual Property

The Festra name, logo, app design, and all content created by us are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Firebase, Google, Ticketmaster). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Event links may direct you to external websites. We are not responsible for content on external websites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Festra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available uninterrupted or error-free
• Event information will always be accurate or up-to-date
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Festra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed events, or financial losses related to third-party ticketing services.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.
